Swing Lip Hydraulic Dock Leveler For Sale:

• Hydraulic dock levellers with swing lip, strong and lasting, these loading bay dock levellers allow to load the vehicles in the most safe system. Swing lip designed divided into 3 separated sections expanded more flexible ranges to match difference lorries or trailers.

• When loading/unloading a container, 3 leveller’s lips will be according different width to rest onto the cargo deck as the container to free movement to side lips. Hence, the side lips will move in tandem with the center lip as an integral unit flexibly.

Noted: Usually the electric dock levelers width is 1800mm / 2000mm, Normal length is 2000mm/2500mm/3000mm. Also can make it as your requirements.

Main Features:

• 1. One piece 16mm thickness diamond lip which lifting by dia 50mm oil cylinder.
• 2. 8 pieces " L" or " U" support under the platform make the deck strong.
• 3. Skid-proof checkered steel sheet on the top face of platform.
• 4. 400mm width lip in hinges type or sleeve type for option.
• 5. Heavy duty high pressure cylinders with Japanese Brand sealing.
• 6. KS Brand (Made In China) hydraulic power unit with good seal capacity and long life
• 7. 250mm×250×100mm rubber bumpes to protect it-self when truck reverse to dock platform.
• 8. Full range toe guard plate at both side to protect user.

• 1.Electric system: Simple controller with up/down button which is made in CHINT electrical components ( Made In China)
• 2.Hydraulic System: KS brand power pack ,other brands (Made In China) or imported power pack as customer requirments. 
• 3.Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate sheet .Thickness 6mm/8mm/10mm 
• 4.Main Support: 10# I beam or other kinds of type steel support under the platform.
• 5.Lip thickness: 16mm checkered plate 
• 6.Top face steel sheet on the deck:6mm/8mm/10mm optional
• 7.High-pressure oil hose: Rubber hose with double wire steel mesh. It is can bear oil pressure Max.48MPA.
• 8.Surface treatment: Power coating or Spray paint.

• Electric controller with emergency or without emergency button.
