Loading Dock Ramps Description:

• Loading Dock Ramp is designed with nominal lengths up to 12' to create less grade angle. This Loading Dock Ramp series is ideal for either low docks for standard over the road trucks or to compensate for refrigerated trucks or containers on shipping service. The unit creates a safe working environment and reduces impact on substructure during the loading and unloading process.

• Loading Dock Ramps also called Electric Dock Leveler, which is variously used in logistics,warehouse work as accessory equipment.It can be fixed in the pit that is deserved in the dock,and it will adjust the height to the cargo trucks.This equipment can save labor and promote the efficiency.It makes safely and conveniently while loading or off-loading.

• 1. One piece 16mm thickness diamond lip which lifting by dia 50mm oil cylinder.
• 2. 8 pieces " L" or " U" support under the platform make the deck strong.
• 3. Skid-proof checkered steel sheet on the top face of platform.
• 4. 400mm width lip in hinges type or sleeve type for option.
• 5. Heavy duty high pressure cylinders with Japanese Brand sealing.
• 6. KS Brand (Made In China) hydraulic power unit with good seal capacity and long life
• 7. 250mm×250×100mm rubber bumpes to protect it-self when truck reverse to dock platform.
• 8. Full range toe guard plate at both side to protect user.

• Electric system: Simple controller with up/down button which is made in CHINT electrical components ( Made In China)
• Hydraulic System: KS brand power pack ,other brands (Made In China) or imported power pack as customer requirments. 
• Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate sheet .Thickness 6mm/8mm/10mm 
• Main Support: 10# I beam or other kinds of type steel support under the platform.
• Lip thickness: 16mm checkered plate 
• Top face steel sheet on the deck:6mm/8mm/10mm optional
• High-pressure oil hose: Rubber hose with double wire steel mesh. It is can bear oil pressure Max.48MPA.
• Surface treatment: Power coating with color:green,blue, yellow, grey.
