Warehouse hydraulic electric dock levelers description:

• 1. Electric dock leveller is connected for truck & warehouse loading bay, which is a ramp for forklift to load/unloading equipment.
• 2. Electric dock leveler is operated by hydraulic electric.
• 3. Power supply can be optional, like 380V 50HZ, 400V, 415V,ETC.
• 4. Widely used for warehouse, loading bay, factory,etc.
• 5. Material manganese steel , top facical cover anti-skid steel, which is more safety for operator
• 6. Both side design toe guard. also there are black and yellow color strip safety warning.

Noted: Usually the warehouse hydraulic dock levelers width is 1800mm / 2000mm, length is 2000mm/2500mm/3000mm. Also can make it as your requirements.

Main Features:

• 1. One piece 16mm thickness diamond lip which lifting by dia 50mm oil cylinder.
• 2. 8 pieces " L" or " U" iron support under the platform make the deck strong.
• 3. Skid-proof checkered steel sheet on the top face of platform.
• 4. There are 400mm or 420mm width of lip in hinges type or sleeve type for option.
• 5. Cylinders with "NOK" Japanese sealing ensure the good quality and non leaking oil.
• 6. KS Brand (Made In China) hydraulic power unit with good seal capacity and hold long life.
• 7. 250mm×250×100mm laminated bumpes to protect it-self when truck reverse to dock platform.
• 8. Full range toe guard plate at both side to protect user.

• Electric system: Simple controller just with one button for up and down which is easy to operation.
• Hydraulic System: KS brand power pack ,other brands (Made In China) or imported power pack as customer requirments. 
• Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate sheet .Thickness 6mm/8mm/10mm 
• Main Support: 10# I beam or other kinds of type steel support under the platform.
• Lip thickness: 16mm checkered plate.
• High-pressure oil hose: Rubber hose with double wire steel mesh in it. It is can bear oil pressure Max.48MPA.
• Surface treatment: Power coating or Spray paint.

• Hydraulic Power Pack: 0.75KW /1.1KW China power pack or imported power pack as your requirements
