Auto Dock Leveler Description:

• Auto Dock Levelers are designed to enable a safe and efficient loading and unloading while reducing downtime to a minimum. The result is exceptionally high safety for the transfer of goods, preventing any injuries or damage to the equipment. Maintenance is easy and fast to secure functionality. A bent swing-lip prevents material handling equipment from “grounding out”.
• Auto Dock Leveler feature very robust swing-lip support with burned plates. All impact forces are absorbed optimally, avoiding damages and providing long lifetime. Another outstanding feature is the lip design with open hinges. This low-maintenance solution guarantees trouble-free operation.

Noted: Usually the auto dock leveler width is 1800mm / 2000mm, Normal length is 2000mm/2500mm/3000mm. Also can make it as your requirements.

Main Features:

• 1. One piece 16mm thickness diamond lip which lifting by dia 50mm oil cylinder.
• 2. 8 pieces " L" or " U" support under the platform make the deck strong.
• 3. Skid-proof checkered steel sheet on the top face of platform.
• 4. 400mm width lip in hinges type or sleeve type for option.
• 5. Heavy duty high pressure cylinders with Japanese Brand sealing.
• 6. KS Brand (Made In China) hydraulic power unit with good seal capacity and long life
• 7. 250mm×250×100mm rubber bumpes to protect it-self when truck reverse to dock platform.
• 8. Full range toe guard plate at both side to protect user.

Configurations:

• Electric system: Simple controller with up/down button which is made in CHINT electrical components ( Made In China)
• Hydraulic System: KS brand power pack ,other brands (Made In China) or imported power pack as customer requirments. 
• Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate sheet .Thickness 6mm/8mm/10mm 
• Main Support: 10# I beam or other kinds of type steel support under the platform.
• Lip thickness: 16mm checkered plate 
• Top face steel sheet on the deck:6mm/8mm/10mm optional
• High-pressure oil hose: Rubber hose with double wire steel mesh. It is can bear oil pressure Max.48MPA.
• Surface treatment: Power coating or Spray paint.

Optional Configuration:

• Hydraulic Power Pack: 0.75KW /1.1KW China power pack or imported power pack as your requirements
• Electric controller with emergency or without emergency button.
• Lip connecting in sleeve type or hinge type for option.
