• Warehouse dock leveler can be activated automatically or mechanically and are available as pit-style, edge-of-dock or vertical storing. Each leveler type comes in a variety of sizes and capacities to meet any loading dock requirements.These durable units provide a smooth path for cross-docking traffic, reducing bumps and bouncing that can injure forklift drivers and damage both equipment and cargo.

• Warehouse dock leveler are push-button activated and have the highest capacity available. They utilize fully powered raise and lip extension functions with hydraulic cylinders and individual or multi-unit hydraulic pump and motor stations.

Noted: Usually the automatic dock plate width is 1800mm / 2000mm, Normal length is 2000mm/2500mm/3000mm. Also can make it as your requirements.

Main Features:

• 1. One piece 16mm thickness diamond lip which lifting by dia 50mm oil cylinder.

• Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate sheet .Thickness 6mm/8mm/10mm 
• Main Support: 10# I beam or other kinds of type steel support under the platform.
• Lip thickness: 16mm checkered plate 
• Top face steel sheet on the deck:6mm/8mm/10mm optional
• High-pressure oil hose: Rubber hose with double wire steel mesh. It is can bear oil pressure Max.48MPA.
