Hydraulic Loading Platform Description:

• The Hydraulic Loading Platform enables heavy machinery to be loaded into the lorry trailer easily using a fork lift truck. This eliminates risk because there is no loading at heights. The second image shows the loading bay and loading dock created using concrete blocks, shuttering and reinforced concrete.
• The Hydraulic Loading Platforms are designed to bridge large differences in height between street level and the vehicle bed or between the platform and vehicle bed.Lifting platforms can be placed in and in front of your warehouse floor.They are  built for productivity and easy operation.

Noted: Usually the hydraulic loading platform width is 1800mm / 2000mm, Normal length is 2000mm/2500mm/3000mm. Also can make it as your requirements.

Main Features:

• 1. One piece 16mm thickness diamond lip which lifting by dia 50mm oil cylinder.
• 2. 8 pieces " L" or " U" support under the platform make the deck strong.
• 3. Skid-proof checkered steel sheet on the top face of platform.
• 4. 400mm width lip in hinges type or sleeve type for option.
• 5. Heavy duty high pressure cylinders with "NOK" sealing.
• 6. KS Brand (Made In China) hydraulic power unit with good seal capacity and long life
• 7. 250mm×250×100mm rubber bumpes to protect it-self when truck reverse to dock platform.
• 8. Full range toe guard plate at both side to protect user.
• 9. 380V 50HZ or 415V 50HZ power voltage or others as customer require.

• Electric system: Simple controller with up/down button which is made in CHINT electrical components ( Made In China)
• Hydraulic System: KS brand power pack ,other brands (Made In China) or imported power pack as customer requirments. 
• Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate sheet .Thickness 6mm/8mm/10mm 
• Main Support: 10# I beam or other kinds of type steel support under the platform.
• Lip thickness: 16mm checkered plate 
• Top face steel sheet on the deck:6mm/8mm/10mm optional
• High-pressure oil hose: Rubber hose with double wire steel mesh. It is can bear oil pressure Max.48MPA.
• Surface treatment: Power coating with color:green,blue, yellow, grey.

• Hydraulic Power Pack: 0.75KW /1.1KW China power pack or imported power pack as your requirements
• Electric controller with emergency or without emergency button.
