• Pit style warehouse dock leveler are an integral part of loading bays all over the world. These durable units provide a smooth path for cross-docking traffic, reducing bumps and bouncing that can injure forklift drivers and damage both equipment and cargo.
• Warehouse dock leveler utilize fully powered raise and lip extension functions with hydraulic cylinders and individual or multi-unit hydraulic pump and motor stations. They’re also the safest loading dock choice, as these levelers contain in-line velocity fuses to prevent free fall in a truck pull-out situation.

• 1. One piece 16mm thickness diamond lip which lifting by dia 50mm oil cylinder.

• 1.Electric system: Simple controller with up/down button which is made in CHINT electrical components ( Made In China)
• 2.Hydraulic System: KS brand power pack ,other brands (Made In China) or imported power pack as customer requirments. 
• 3.Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate sheet .Thickness 6mm/8mm/10mm 
• 4.Main Support: 10# I beam or other kinds of type steel support under the platform.
• 5.Lip thickness: 16mm checkered plate 
• 6.Top face steel sheet on the deck:6mm/8mm/10mm optional
• 7.High-pressure oil hose: Rubber hose with double wire steel mesh. It is can bear oil pressure Max.48MPA.
• 8.Surface treatment: Power coating or Spray paint.
