Telescopic Lip Stationary Dock Leveler description:

• The telescopic stationary dock leveller has a retractable lip that aids safe unloading into trucks, even when the goods are at the edge of the truck bed.Thanks to its retractable lip, it can get to places where the standard leveller cannot reach. In addition, it allows greater attachment to the bed of the vehicle. This telescopic lip stationary dock leveller is designed for installations where thermal insulation is an issue, both inside and outside.

Noted: Usually The Telescopic Lip Stationary Dock Leveler width is 1800mm / 2000mm, Normal length is 2000mm/2500mm/3000mm. Also can make it as your requirements.

Main Features:

• 1. One piece 20mm thickness milling flute lip which lifting by oil cylinder.
• 2. 8-10 pieces " C" or " H" reinforcement beam support under the platform make the deck strong.
• 3. Skid-proof checkered steel sheet on the top face of platform.
• 4. 500-1000mm long lip tailored as customer requirements.
• 5. Heavy duty high pressure cylinders with Japanese Brand sealing.
• 6. Argo- Hytos (Swiss Brand) hydraulic power unit with good seal capacity and long life
• 7. 250mm×250×100mm laminated bumpers to protect it-self when truck reverse to dock platform.
• 8. Full range toe guard plate at both side to protect user.

• Electric system: CHINT or other brand electrical components ( Made In China)
• Hydraulic System: Argo-Hytos brand power pack or imported power pack as customer requirments. 
• Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate sheet .Thickness 6mm/8mm/10mm 
• Main Support: "C" or "H" beam or other kinds of type steel support under the platform.
• Lip thickness: 20mm milling-flutes plate 
• High-pressure oil hose: Rubber hose with double wire steel mesh. It is can bear oil pressure Max.48MPA.
• Surface treatment: Power coating or Spray paint.

• Hydraulic Power Pack: 0.75KW Argo-Hytos or imported power pack as your requirements
• Electric controller with emergency or without.
