Warehouse Mezzanine Goods Lift Description:

• 1.  Powered scissor lift can be used in above-floor or in-floor pit applications.
• 2.  ​Heavy duty scissor arm design for loading and unloading 
• 3. Platform size:1500×1500mm, 1500×2000mm, 2000×2000mm, 2000*2500mm, 2000mm×3000mm or to be customization.
• 4. Lifting meters from 0.5m, 1m, 2m , 3m,4m,5m,6m,7m,8m,9m...ect for option
• 5. Anti-skid high-strength chequered platform
• 6. 300mm/400mm width manual lip or electric lip for option.
• 7. Control box with up-down buttons that operate by 24V low voltage.
• 8. Internal power pack equipped with manual lowering valve and pressure control valve for controlled lowering speed.
• 9. Heavy duty cylinders with drainage system and check valve to stop the lift table when lowering or lifting but oil hose burst.
• 10. Safety clearance between scissors arm to prevent get sticked during in the operation.

 
 
Noted: Usually powered scissor lift width is 2000mm, if over 2000mm width, it will need to spliced platform. And also can be custom as your requirements!

• Hydraulic System: Hycman,KS brand power pack or power unit (Made In China) , Oiltec (Import brand) or other brands but same level.
• Scissor Arm Support: Hi-strength Manganese steel or rectangle tube Q345 B
• Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate steel
• Main Support: 10# I beam, "U", rectangular tube different choose that as different load capacity to be design.
• Deck lip platform steel thickness:6mm/8mm/10mm checkered plate or flat steel which as customer require.
• High-pressure Oil hose: Double wire-steel mesh in hydraulic rubber hose to ensure bear high pressure.

Powered Scissor Lift Safety precautions:
1. Emergency valves make stop quickly.
2. Anti- Explosion safety valves between oil cylinder and oil tube make hydraulic scissor lift stop when oil hose burst
3. Number of floor layers indicator
4. Door inter-locking device if indeed need 
5. Buzzor for over height or over load , it same as alarm protection
6. Running indicator
7. Aluminum safety bar under the platform to preventing when scissor lift come down on feet of worker or other obstructions.
